Slow response after firing trigger

Hi,
I noticed the last days that the system is slow to repond to the firing of the trigger.
After firing the trigger it takes some time (2 seconds) before the message "Pending" is shown.
Is it so that Betfair takes some time to process and respond, or is the API taking some time and is the transaction already processed in the Betfair system.
A few times nothing was coming back from the Betfair system after firing the trigger, not even "Pending".
I place my bets "In Play" and mostly 20-30 seconds before the end of the race.

I also noticed yesterday that the number of Req:x(0) was fluctuating much (between 1 and 10). I have not seen such a fluctuation before.
Do other users have seen this also?

Sounds like you are having network problems.

PENDING appears before the request is even sent so that doesn't sound right. Are you sure there is a delay between cell C2 updating and PENDING appearing?

If you use a new blank worksheet and enter a trigger manually do you still see a delay with PENDING appearing?

Thank you Gary for your quick response.
When I fire the trigger, I store the time (C2) in a separate cell. The bet time was exactly the same, but there was a delay on the return.
Perhaps you are right that there were network problems.
I will see if the situation will come back to day.
