That sounds a bit bizarre. I cannot really say what is happening as I cannot think of situation where the popup box would not appear. Did it work during the 30 day trial or have you only just tried this feature? Would you agree to me using our remote asssitance software to connect to your PC so I can see this for myself?

I'm afraid this one has me beat. It doesn't use framework 3.5. It uses framework 2.0 which is built into Vista and Windows 7. Somehow it has got corrupted. Right now the only thing I can suggest is to re-install windows or cancel your subscription and I will refund your payment. I'm sure other users will vouch for me when I say I can usually solve most problems, but unfortunately having seen the problem for myself, not in this case.

sasha,
i have to admit that Gary have helped me several times,( at least 4 times through remote assistance) & several times through this forum, so definitely he has done his best, i am sure.I don't know if you can reinstall windows, but sometimes i have seen some expert members of this forum to suggest a few tips & tricks which can help to solve some strange problems like this one.Unfortunately i am not in position to help you but i would suggest to wait some more time to see if someone else can suggest something.

*as you can understand English is not my strong point also... :)

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
