1- in this scenario, can I use the "offset requests" to enlarge the stop loss range, or this tab don't work with the stop loss function? (e.g.: IF quote grow up 3 THEN lay @4; my loss increases but increase the match probability too )
2- is possible will create in a future relase of BA a "Desperate stop loss" check box that place a lay @1000 ensuring that the stop loss is matched (at dangerous level of course)?

Sorry, it cannot be used with the stop loss function.2- is possible will create in a future relase of BA a "Desperate stop loss" check box that place a lay @1000 ensuring that the stop loss is matched (at dangerous level of course)?
I'm not sure we will ever implement it exactly like that, sounds way too dangerous! We do have plans to improve it so the stop loss bet is "managed". ie. it will monitor the bet and if not matched after say 1 second, it will replace the bet at the current odds. It will repeat this process until fully matched. The advantage of this method is that it can work with level loss because it will re-calculate the required stake each time it replaces the bet.

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.
Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.
Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.
He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.
We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
