Running a macro at....

Hello

I have a big problem (very new to VBA)....

I have written a macro (called registerodds) and I need excel runs this macro only one time when the clock indicates 4 minutes to the off of the race.
What is the code I have to use? Where have I to put it?

Can someone help me please?
