Reversing ladders

Hi all, just downloaded Gruss today and need to know please how to reverse the ladders, so the back os on the left side and the lay is on the right. I looked on the user guide and it states there is a reverse ladder button, but I do not appear to have that??! If you could kindly assist, that would really be appreciated. Thank you, Steve

Try Options>Preferences>Ladder interface tab and tick Reverse ladder
