Lay if opponent is not a non-runner

Hi all, P;lease can someone help me with a code in excel for BA which will stop a trigger from firing if one of a shortlist of opposing horses are not still in the race. That is, even if the trigger conditions are fulfilled for the horse of interest but one of the opposing horses have become a non-runner, the trigger will not fire.
