Green up

Postby dflowe » Mon Oct 01, 2012 11:06 pm

OK so this might be a bit off the wall so to speak but can anyone think of a way of triggering a recorded macro from a spreadsheet?
As you all know betting assistant does not yet have a greenup trigger from excel and the spread sheet version in my experiance, costly experiance is not that reliable so I was wondering if in the interim another idea could be made to work.
if you recorded a macro of say 3 green button clicks, one every 10 sec and called it greenup, could you call that macro from your spread sheet if a cell goes to 1 ????????
ok over to the brains...
Thanks
Dave

Excel "Greenup Trigger"

Postby sjaak1943 » Sun Nov 18, 2012 11:28 am

No answer untill yet? How are you going now on this item. I'm also struggling with it, but not solved untill now.
A new Excel trigger should do the trick?
"LAY-TL3-F15-SL1" If backbet not matched 15 sec before off back for the available price and "redup". But how??

Hi, I have used the green up sheet from here and although I am not a coder I can read what others do so I have made a small change to the sheet and copied the whole thing so I have 2 greenup sheets in 1 workbook and set thee greenup times in the code to be 15 sec and 10 sec per sheet.......then I just run bet assist on a crap pc at home and set it to the same account on both sheets with a page per spread sheet.....now I get a greenup command at 15 sec and to be sure another at 10 sec and that seems to work fine till the triggers get added....
Bit heath robinson but it works ok for me......

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
