Hi all,
I'm using excel to autotrigger bets but when the markets change is there a way to keep the refresh rate (200ms) instead of the default 1 second ?
Any help would be appreciated.

Can Q2 contain an IF statement to determine refresh rates depending on the "Not In Play" and "In Play" cell in Excel?

Just to update others it is indeed possible.
I now have an excellent setup which refreshed every second until 20 seconds before the scheduled off and then switches to 4 refreshed per second until the race goes In Play for 20 seconds. At that point it switches back to every second.
R2 = Race Scheduled Off Countdown Timer
R3 = Time In Play
