Multiple markets in sheet

Postby zemedelec » Fri Jan 04, 2013 12:02 pm

Hello,

as my horse bot is not making any money yet :) I decided to try something on tennis markets. My question is simple - is it possible to have more tennis markets on one sheet? And if yes, will be all bets from all these markets logged to one MyBets sheet?

Thank you.

On the first market tab you can have more than one market being logged just drag and drop them into the market window from the markets menu.

Only works on the first tab in the program though, if you wanted to monitor more than one match+multiple markets you'd currently need more instances of the BA open.

OK so I have 5 tennis matches in excel on one sheet. Is it possible to set individual refresh rate for each? (1st match RR is in cell Q2, 2nd in Q11 etc..)

And what is the maximum number of matches in this coupon view? Can I have for example 15 matches on one tab/sheet? Of course I would have to limit data requests to avoid charges... and do I need 16-core processor for trading 15 matches via excel? :)

Thanks in advance for reply.

Hello, is the maximum number of matches on one tab unlimited in coupon view?
Is the coupon view the best solution for multiple markets?

Thx.

I don't know the maximum number of markets in coupon view (i believe that the limit is your computer resources) but you can always synthesize the coupon view if you log each market in a different sheet and then create a sheet that puts all together. It's another way to do it. In this way you have control over the refresh rates (in coupon view i don't know if you can set different refresh rates).

Thanks for reply negapo. I will try 20 matches in one coupon tonight and lets see the results! :-)
It is possible to control refresh rates in coupon view - I use it in my speadsheet with IF function insert in cell Q2 and its equivalents (Q11, Q20 etc ..)

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
