Reinstalling Betting Assistant for Betdaq

Hi, I need to reinstall BA for Betdaq as it keeps crashing when I exit the program and not saving changes. I have uninstalled BA for Betdaq several times and tried to reinstall a fresh copy, but the same problem arises. I am guessing that there is a settings file somewhere that I need to delete. Any help would be gratefully received.

Yes, deleting the settings file will probably solve the problem. It's in the following folder.

Users/[your windows profile]/AppData/Local/Gruss_Software_Ltd

Delete any folder named Betting_Assistant_For_Bet ....
