ERROR loading different venues in seperate tabs

Postby methodman » Fri Feb 15, 2013 7:57 pm

The Place market is not loading for UAE

The profile contains the following settings:

load different venues in seperate tab pages Y

load win and place in pairs Y

This has been working fine for a long time using UK and IRE races.

I have tried adding UAE but the Place market is not loading for UAE

can this be fixed please.

What version are you using? Some users who were previously using the Beta version have been updated to the official version and the Beta version contains many fixes so I recommend using the Beta.

Sorry, not yet. Does the problem occur with any other meeting than Meydan? Has it occurred today?

Hi Gary

I only know of the problem with UAE courses.

I have BA fully automated for all UK and IRE meetings and would like to add UAE meetings but can only do this if they load correctly in win place pairs.

I think the next Meydan meeting is on 9th March but will not be able to process it as I am out of the country and will not have access to a suitable PC.

If you try it on the 9th you should be able to see what the problem is.

Hope this is of some use.

John

Hi Gary

Today there is a meeting at Meydan and I've just run BA and again it has not loaded the Meydan place markets.

The markets have loaded in pairs for Wolv folowed by Chelt and then by Chelt 15:20 only (which is a bit peculier) then Towc and then Meydan win market but no place market tab.
I have a screen image I can send you (don't know how to attach here) if required.

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
