Excel trigger help

Hi,
I want to set up an excel trigger that does the following. Can anyone help please?
In any given race, back any horse that reaches odds of, say, 1.4 in running, with a level stop loss at odds of 2.0. Include a chase in case the odds go through (higher) than 2.0.
I want to do this on a number of selected races during a day.
Any help much appreciated!
