When I set or change the maximum liability in preferences, it only works on the following race. Is that a bug in the system?

Also, I have to tick trading mode and fill or kill every time I log on. I presume there must be a good reason for this but being new to all this I cannot see why?

I run a system of three monitors and would like to have the Gruss software running on the middle screen but I can't seem to move it from the left monitor!
