Moving odds trigger advice please

Hi, I would be grateful for a bit of help if possible.

I have a sheet set up with a few filters already in, the final filter I wish to add is for a bet to be triggered when the odds in column F (Back odds 1) have changed.

eg. Price in cell F5 was 1.88, price has now moved to 1.89 so a bet would be triggered as long as all other criteria had been fulfilled. Can anyone see how this might be done?
