software problem

Hi can any one advise me please when moving my mouse over the name of a horse using the grid the details of the horse and other infomation about jockey and owner wont show dont know why can any one help please thanks

Hi,

Do you have the Jockey Silks displayed as the extra information is part of having the silks displayed.
