Odds showing in BA but not in Spreadsheet

I have just been watching my BA/Excell setup trying to find the answer to an occasional problem and I noticed that while BA is always showing the correct odds, the spreadsheet randomly shows a 0. (See attached screen print for Arousal and Hey Bob)

It seems that the spreadsheet is failing to update so shows a 0 until the next update.

This happens even when there is no macro running.

Any ideas please?
