General
Fixed bug where successful call to fetch prices from stream cache fails if previous poll request timed out causing price update freeze.

Fixed bug where bet placement popup not accepting up and down arrow keys to change odds unless mouse over the form.

Added option to Betfair price over time chart to display percent chance.

Fixed bug where Betfair price over time chart not changing immediately when selection changed from drop down list.

Added option to load Betfair chart from image URL or from data on Betfair's website.

Changed start time polling to avoid checking duplicates.


Market Replay
Market now loads exact number of minutes selected before start. Was previously loading two extra minutes.


Excel
Closed markets are now updated in Excel no more than every 10 seconds to enable special trigger processing.

Fixed bug where stake was zero in MyBets worksheet for SP bets.
