Grid Interface
Fixed bug where what if figures not displayed in correct position if larger font size used.

Added Auto Cashout button. It is not an API feature. It sets the option on the Betfair website. See
Click to set a value. If a value is already set click again to cancel it.

Excel
Added trigger to Excel to set auto cashout.
eg. CASHOUT-1 to set to £1.
CASHOUT-0 to cancel
The trigger column needs to contain a value. It will be replaced with one the following after processing:-
AUTO-CASHOUT-SET
AUTO-CASHOUT-CANCELLED
AUTO-CASHOUT-FAILED
A new value cannot be set until the previous value has been cancelled.
