1) Fixed bug where Excel not recognised when using non UK regional settings and using browse button to open workbook. Not all users with non UK settings were affected by this.

2) Fixed bug affecting same market on multiple tabs. This sometimes caused the prices to stop updating when one of the tabs changed to a different market. The problem only occurred when cross matching calculations enabled.

3) Excel triggers will now be ignored if both stake and odds columns do not contain valid values. eg. previously if they contained zero then they would trigger and generate an error.
