1. Fixed bug where changing betting options on 2nd tab, 3rd tab etc. changed betting options on coupon markets on first tab. The 2nd market and below were affected on the first tab

2. Implied commission change to 3% in version 1.1.0.66x73 was not correct. This has been fixed.

3. Fixed bug where highlight unmatched odds feature on grid interface not working when grid sorted.

4. Profit and loss now recalculates when net of commission option changed in preferences. Previously this would only happen when bets were changed, eg. new bets placed, unmatched bets became matched etc.
