Can someone explain to me how to use the Ladder Interface ?

Postby one cool dog » Mon Feb 09, 2009 12:47 pm

I gave always used the BA Standard Interface and enjoyed great success from it. However, am I missing a trick here?

The problem is that I have no idea how the ladder works and whether it would help my punting? I play mostly in-running but have never found a decent video or explanation of how it works, or what I need to do to make it work?

I cannot make sense of the screen, where I should click or what I can do (this is my fault through ignorance).

Can anyone take me through it and how it is best applied? I can ask certain questions or have a chat via msn if someone is willing to help.

Hopefully I wont be shot but....

try this site which is for the betTrader software (not a patch on the BA). It has a load of training vids showing how to use their ladder interface. With just a slight alteration, all of the BA ladder interface will be revealed.

Sorry if advertising the opposition is a faux pas

Apology accepted. Although you really didn't need to. We have no issue whatsoever providing supporting training material for Gary & Mark.

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
