Thanks for the feedback. The dutching button is only green when there is a real possibility of your bet being taken. When it is not green you should see that there is not enough money available to cover your stake. Also if any of the stakes are less than £2 you will see your default stake instead and it will not be green. Maybe I should show the real stake that has been calculated so that you can see this.

Agree with the above though Lay it to help us get on. Could we not have a tick box that allows the bet to be placed when the box goes green, then we can hover over wher the Yes bet is on Betfair.

Just a thought

I never got past

When you one click bet on one of the three boxes, middle one for example, do you still get the best price available, or are you commited to the price in that box?

Layit, since I've upgraded to the dutching version, it takes ages for my login to go through. I'm talking 30-45 seconds. I've tried it on different days @ different times and its still the same. It still works fine, I'm impatient.

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
