Is it possible to reload the Coupon Market (ie Soccer In Play Match Odds) every X hours using Excel/VBA?

And is it possible to stop monitoring a market in the coupon view after it has been Closed?

Or will it stop monitoring by itself? Im just concerned about the global refresh rate.
