unable to get tick offset to work using latest version 66o
tick offset selected for 2 ticks
100 % fill is getting matched back & lay tried
no delay verify bets unticked
will not send opposing bet
any ideas please

Seems ok here.

Are you doing something that would prevent it from working? eg. changing markets after the first bet is placed or setting the option after you place the bet.

Are you placing multiple bets at a time or just one?
Are you placing the bets from Excel or manually?

I cannot reproduce this problem. What market is this happening on, is it every market? Does anything appear in the transaction log under the account menu for the offset bet?

You are setting the option, placing the bet, staying in the same market, seeing the bet get matched and then no offset bet. Is this correct?

The file is named "BA_Diagnostic.txt" and is located in "C:\temp\Betting Assistant Logs" folder.

Another thought. Are the prices auto updating? You haven't unticked "Auto" next to the refresh rate box have you?

Isn't a problem. It should place the offset bet as keep bet also. Very strange. It works fine here and have had no other reports. I think I will need that diagnostic log.

Just to confirm Tick Offset is working OK for me on dogs - With or without auto-level

I was already looking at a market then decided to make a trade
with tick offset & then placed a trade, not realising I had to select tick offset & then select a market

It would be good if you could use the tick offset feature in the alternate back / lay columns rather than just in the default columns for manual trading

You can set up a custom column with a tick offset. See custom columns on the options menu.

Thats cool, so I assume it is not possible through the alternate back/lay columns at present, or can you make that happen ?!!
