Coupon view in excel

Postby cic » Fri Mar 02, 2012 3:01 am

Hello,

I am a noob and am having difficulty working out how to export multiple markets to excel. I see in the user guide that this is called coupon view in the normal ba interface. can anyone point me in the right direction. Specifically i am looking at greyhound markets. ie Win market, place market, FC market for one race to be exported to excel and on the completion of one race for it to cycle to the next. I am not new to VBA nor am i an expert, just need a little push. Thankyou in advance.

Regards
Dan

Hi,

You can't get Betting Assistant to cycle through Coupon Views.
The solution is to create 3 tab pages in Betting Assistant 1 for the win, 1 for the place and 1 for the FCs and then link these 3 pages to 3 separate worksheets in the same workbook.
A good idea is to name the worksheets accordingly to make it easier when linking.
I've made you a video to show you what I mean.

The only thing I didn't do was to set the Auto Select markets on each of the pages.

Mark

Hi Mark,

Under add to quick pick list All Uk greyhound Place is not available as it is in your demonstration. Is there something I need to do?

Thanks

Hi,

Oh yes, you need to install the Beta version.
Uninstall the version you have and then install the latest Beta which you can find a link for in the following post:-

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
