Calculation for Dutching the Place Market

Hi Folks. I am interested in dutching the 2nd and 3rd fav in the place market. I know basically how this works and am currently using excel for dutch betting into the win market. What I am having trouble with working out percentages and the stake when there are three chances of winning rather than win only.
Can anyone help with the calculations for this or provide a sample spreadsheet. All help gratefully accepted.

The calcs will be the same in the place market as there are still only 2 outcomes; win & lose. The lower odds already account for there being more than one winner. If there are 3 places then the book should total 300% instead of 100%.
