My bets are being settled for 0. Why?

Hi I have been getting to grips with the software for the past few weeks and finally took the plunge last night and entered some small bets. Can somebody explain the screenshot I have attached. Seemingly the back and lay bets have been filled but the bet was settled at 0. If the lay bet was unfilled then my liability would have been -2.00. If the lay bet was filled then my winnings should be 0.38p after tax.

Hope you can help as this happened 6 times last night.

You managed to "green up" but only on the draw. So you only get the winnings when the match ends with a draw.

To receive the same winnings regardless of the outcome of the match you shouldn't use the same back and lay stake.
Your lay stake should have been 2 * 1.77 / 1.57 = 2.25 Pounds. Then your green would have been evenly distributed on
all outcomes.

Thanks Milfor for the detailed answer. Rookie error by myself. Instead of using BACK-T20 as the trigger would BACK-TL20 do the job?
