Pn Trigger Modifier

Hi
Can someone please explain the above trigger modifier? I know it uses a percentage when calculating the offset, but a percentage of what?
Ie if I were to place a lay bet at 4's with a percentage of 25%, would this place the offset at 5's?

If you've checked Options/Preferences/General/Calculate tick% on decimal odds, yes, otherwise it will convert the odds to fractional and work out the % from that.
