Hi
BA working fine. Un-installed some other stuff and now cannot login to BA. Un-installed BA and reinstalled but same issue. See attached pic. Is there a profile lurking somewhere that needs deleting?

This running on Macbook Pro - Vmware - XP.
No issues till now so obviously I have moved deleted something. Not too PC savvy so anyone suggest anything I can check out. Have tried the Un-install followed by restart but still same issue.
Appreciate any guidance.
