Install

Excel
Cell C3 now contains race type (useful when race type not part of name when place market for example)

Custom Columns
Added SP to drop down list of odds. The odds displayed in the custom column will be SP until the actual SP is available after the event starts. You can then click the custom column to place a bet at the displayed SP odds. It will round up back bets and round down lay bets to nearest valid odds.

Fixed bug where offset bet not placed if fixed tick offset odds used with back and lay field options.

Total Performance Data
Improved satellite map. Now scrolls smoother and will rotate map to match leader direction unless "Horse boxes face direction of leader ..." ticked. You can also now select a drawing type map instead of satellite.

It will now remember the size and position of satellite map and pars windows.

Market Replay
Fixed bug where traded GetAllTradedVolume() COM function not working.

General
Added font and size options for main menu and quick pick list.

Fixed bug where hot keys Q, W, E, A, S and D conflicting with numeric keypad so different stakes been chosen when not wanted. The bug only exists when these hot keys are enabled and the numeric keypad is used to enter numbers.

There are also various cosmetic changes.

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
