This video explains the basics of Dutching. ‘Dutching for profit’ is a term coined after Al Capone’s accountant who was called ‘Dutchy’ Schultz. Effectively it’s an analysis of a number of horses and betting cumulatively, reducing the risk by having a backup plan.
