Added "Auto select ladder on tab select (grid interface only)" to general preferences. This is because the application can handle many more tab pages displaying grid interface than ladder interface. Tick this option and the ladder interface will automatically be displayed when a tab page is selected. It will revert back to grid interface when another tab is selected. |

Fix bug on ladder level profit column where column not clearing sometimes after profit levelled. |
