Anyone else having problems starting BA since the upgrade this morning? It's stuck trying to load the australian markets, got up to retry 160 before I closed it down.

Hi,

This happens when the Betfair's Australian server is not working correctly.

You will need to exclude the Australian markets which you can do from Preferences.

Hi all, I've tried this work around it's it just keeps trying to reload.

I've shut down the program and restarted and it's doing the same thing.

Does it still say "Fetching Australian markets"? Or is it just retrying and failing to load UK markets. If still attempts to load Australian markets then you have not unticked the option and you need to check again.

No it is not saying anything about aussie markets

Same here. It is no longer saying anything about australian markets but does not succeed to "loading markets".

I have the same problem, I excluded the Australian markets, but ca still does not load the markets "fetching markets." Please wait (retry # 61) "--->" loading please wait markets etc

same here guys tested placing bet on betfair & this showed up on BA but unable to load markets just a loading symbol Aussie market is NOT ticked

Just to add Quick Pick List not loading & all markets list is empty
