C2/D2 and new start time

Hi,
question for Garry/Mark - mainly -
Sometimes races are officially postponed by ie5 mins so every race in the track starts with 5 min delay
At these cases the info in A1 does not change ie "ChelmC 18th Jan - 16:45 6f Hcap" (that includes start time)
but what about the times in cells C2 and D2 ? - race start time and time until start time
Are they the correct new ones?
It's important to know correctly how far from official start time we are because a lot of betting approaches are based on this
