BA wont update

BA comes up with unhandled exception when I try to run it it forces me to try and update then I get the error message regarding Microsoft net framework??

Any ideas?

Hi,

If the software needs to update and the update process fails, then please do it manually.
Uninstall via Windows Control Panel and then install from the download link on our downloads page:-
http://www.gruss-software.co.uk/downloads.asp

Hi, I also get this message when trying to open BA (but I can access Betfair via the internet so BF has not crashed)

Microsoft.NET Framework

System.IO.FileNotFoundException: Could not load file or assembly 'EO.WebBrowser, Version=18.1.7.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=e92353a6bf73fffc' or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Advise anyone ??

What version of Windows are you running?

Did you try doing a manual update as per my previous post?

Hi,

There are specific country log in endpoints but yes UK comes under the International one.
