There are a few quirks with the software but that is to be expected, with regards to your problem there is a discrepancy between using the + sign to expand the menus and double clicking the title of the market, you will see different results but the markets are actually there. Another point is that once you double click the title of the market you don’t seem to be able to get back to what was on view by using the + signs. I’ve had to close the program and start again.

With all respect, Gary has given us this excellent program for free. He is not at our beck and call to give assistance or reply automatically to emails as no doubt he has many other things to do, some of which may involve making a living. He has unfortunately had some flak occasionally and no one could blame him if he spat out his dummy. In general terms he has come back with a lot of help and many program updates throughout this very long thread. In some cases, problems have been solved by other posters. Please don't let us kill off the goose that layed the potentially golden egg.
I doubt if the long refresh time is due to the program; more likely Betfair. I frequently note refresh times up to 5 seconds, but do not profess to be a computer expert. Maybe someone else can advise.
