I don't why you are losing your connection, but I'm sure it's not Betting Assistant. It doesn't make any sense why it would only happen in running. I'm sure whatever the problem is it would also happen when not using BA. Just google 'keep losing internet connection' and you will see it's a common problem with many causes.

Run a virus and spyware scan
Don't use a wireless connection if you can avoid it
Try a different router if you can to rule this out as the problem
When you lose your connection it might be possible to repair the connection by right clicking the network icon in your system tray (usually bottom right hand side of screen) and selecting 'diagnose and repair'

Don't know if it's any help but my connection has also been somewhat tetchy lately.

I find windows security updates sometimes cause this and have to delete my network and sharing settings and then re-create them.

I do use a wireless router which is connected to one pc by cable and the other wirelessly.

Could it be you network drivers? My wired connection was always dropping out while the wireless was ok turned out it was bad drivers and an update fixed it.

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
