Load all markets on one tab

Postby supa » Sat Nov 08, 2008 11:20 pm

hello all,

at the moment i manually drag and drop all of the days UK win markets onto one tab.

I see there are various tab and market refresh options, but I cant see a way to quickly do the above. Am i missing something obvious?!? I would like a preference option or maybe a keyboard shortcut that opens (for example) all markets on the quick pick list in one tab.

cheers,
supa

Hi Supa

From the top menu select Market -> Add to quick pick list -> then choose one of the various options to load all races into the quick pick list.

Or in Options -> Preferences -> you can auto load markets on startup.

Hope this helps

Cheers

thanks for your reply Castillo, but after I have populated the quick pick list I am trying to display all of the markets on one tab. I can display them one at a time by using auto-select, but cant display them all.

Another way of doing this is using the market tree, you can right click on each market in turn and select 'Add market to current tab'. This is the part I would like to automate

Sorry, there isn't a quick way to do this at the moment, but I will consider your suggestion to able to add all the markets from the quick pick list in one operation.

thanks Gary.

I guess the alternative is to load different venues into separate tabs, and then auto-select them 20 mins before the off so that I can bet on that market for 20 mins. But im worried that delays might mess this up, plus i bet for 45 mins before the off at the moment.

Open all markets in current tab

Postby supa » Tue Jan 03, 2012 2:28 pm

I have found the "Open all markets in current tab" option very useful, thanks for adding it. Is it possible to have an excel trigger that can do this?

I find using autohotkey to right click the QPL and then left click the correct option is a bit hit and miss, so would like to automate it from excel.

Hi,

Sorry it's not currently possible to open multiple markets via a trigger or COM at this time.

Regards,
Mark

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
