You shouldn't need to uninstall it, but if you follow all the instructions and it doesn't work, try uninstalling it and re-installing from the link I provided.

Hi Gary

Ive had it up and running for about 4 races now but no bet has yet been triggered and im positive they have been within the 10% range, in the column "lowest Priced Matched" it is always "0" is the lowest priced matched supposed to be in these cells so that the triggers etc can check against these cells these? or am i looking at it wrong.

I have been through the code in the sheet and i understand it pretty much but nothing seems to happen apart from the prices change and money etc?

Thanks

You haven't got it configured correctly somewhere as it should not stay as zeroes, it should change to the lowest matched price 30 seconds before the off. Did you follow all the instructions and have you got macros enabled?

Hi gary

I have had it running again for the first 3/4 races and it still shows as 0 under lowest price matched, everything else is running as ive said, prices, money available etc. I have macros enabled as i checked that yesterday and followed all your instructions. It must be something simple im not doing but i cant see what.

Thanks

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
