Macro running on auto load of next market.

Hi All,

Is there anyone that can help me automatically run a macro from within excel say 10 seconds after the market has just just auto loaded. I require this to reset certain data and therefore be able to trade the next market.

My spreadsheet works well but I have to run the macro manually and that is not possible unless I am at my computer which is not possible when at work.
