Error on BA

I am unable to get BA running on my main computer since 17:50 today. I uninstalled and downloaded and get error messages.

System. Configuration.ConfigurationErrorException:hexadecimal value 0x13, is an invalid charachter.Line1, position1 and a lot more referances how do I correct? It is version 1.10.65s, I have a copy on my laptop same version and that is ok!

That looks like a corrupted settings file. Are you using Windows XP? If you are then run the following program. It will remove your settings so you will need to enter your preferences again.
