Firstly I think you are using version 1.1.0.62 which has a stop loss bug. I recommend you upgrade to the latest official release which 1.1.0.65t. You can download it using the following link.
http://www.gruss-software.co.uk/Betting ... istant.msi

Here is an example.

BACK-SL10P-SL

1) Back bet matched at odds 5.0 which sets the initial stop loss odds at ((5.0 - 1) X 1.10) + 1 = 5.4

2) The best back odds price is compared to the stop loss odds. If the odds go up to 5.4 or above 5.4 then the stop loss is triggered and will be placed at the best back odds price plus one tick. For example if the odds go up to 5.4 the stop loss bet will be placed at 5.5. If the odds go straight past 5.4 to 6.0 then the stop loss will be placed at 6.2

3) "Sliding" means that if the best back odds go below the matched price of 5.0 then the stop loss odds will be decreased. For example if the best back odds go down to 4.8 (2 ticks) then the stop loss odds go down to 5.2 (2 ticks decrease).

4) The maximum odds that the stop loss lay bet can be triggered at is double the matched back odds = 9.0. If the odds go straight past 9.0 then the stop loss will not be triggered. It can still be triggered if the odds come back down again.

I sometimes look at the IP address that the message is posted from and cross reference it to our customer database so I can answer the query appropriately. I've just checked again, but that username was last used in March so sorry, my mistake.

Using LAY-SL7-S today but whilst the Lay bets are matched the Back bets bets are being matched at the same stake but lower Back odds for virtually all the runners is that right ??

That's what stop loss does. If the odds go down 7 ticks then the stop loss will be placed. Therefore most of them must have gone down. There aren't any bugs affecting stop loss that I am aware of in the version 1.1.0.65t.

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
