unable to see chart price over time

Hi gary the problem is :
when I click over the Horse name and open pop up , the chart of
Price over time (betfair) is blank ; I see only the prices in the right of windows ..
Why??
my version is 1.1.65z1

It has to fetch them from Betfair's website, not the API. It sounds like it's being blocked for some reason. It's impossible for me to know why without seeing what error message is produced. I will have to provide a test version for you. I'll get back to you.

Before I waste too much time. Does rebooting your PC make any difference?

I have rebooted my pc but is the same
Will you provide me the url of chart please ? because i think the problem
is my country (italy ) block to betfair, I set my file host for this...

Does the URL I provided let you view the chart in your browser? If it does then it's not blocked and there must be another problem.

Are you only talking about Betfair's chart being slow to update?
