Graphs

Postby RJM » Thu Nov 18, 2010 1:25 pm

Is it me or is the "graph" not working on the "Grid"?

All, works fine on the "Ladder".

The popup graph? What exactly happens?

Are you referring to the popup graph from the ladder interface or the graph under the ladder?

If you have previously displayed the graph on a multiple monitor setup, moved it onto a secondary monitor and aren't currently viewing that monitor then it can look like nothing happens when in fact it is displayed off screen. Try re-starting the program and selecting "Restore default chart position" from the options menu before displaying the graph.

I didn't notice this before, but if you are viewing the Betfair chart with the prices grid to the right then the chart is missing. I appear to have broken something in the last release  It's only affecting the Beta version by the way. I am fixing it.

I missed one tiny detail sorry. It's fixed. I will auto update it tomorrow but in the meantime you can manually install from the link below.

I fixed both problems, but it's not going to work unless you install it. I won't do an auto update this afternoon because it has caused problems for users in the past. You need to open the Windows control panel, select "Add/remove programs" and uninstall BA then it will let you install it.

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
