Looking for Help

I am based in Ireland.
Have been using Gruss BA for 6-8 weeks.
I would like the BA to place bets for me all through the day without my being physically present to input the details.
Basically I want BA to lay every favourite Greyhound--under a certain lay price--in every race with a fixed amount.
Example:
Lay every favourite dog upto 4.5 with a lay bet for 10p.
Input all bets 20 seconds before the start of the race.
Stop at a Pre-defined cumulative loss for the day.
Can the above be automated? How?
A total newbie at this stage but have an idea for a system that I would like to test without having to spend all day in front of my PC.
