I have a question it's possible with B.A to lay all horses of a race for exemple stake 3 and one of these horses is back to stop other lay ....

Sorry, but I don't understand the question. It is possible lay all the horses using the lay field button, but I don't understand what you want to happen after this. Could you give an example?

I would like before start the race lay all horses for example with odds 5.5 when one of these horses is back during the race i would like cancel other lay with odds are 5.5.

Yes I understand now. Under "Field bets" in betting options enter 5.5 in the lay odds box and your required stake in the stake box. Tick "Cancel remaining when matched" then click the "Lay field" button.

It's important that you stay on the market after placing the lay bets because if you change markets it will stop monitoring and will not cancel the remaining bets.
