BA not placing bets?

I am very new here, I have set up the software as instructed but no bets have been placed for days now, I am doing somthing wrong, but what?

As mak says we cannot possibly answer that question. We need to know how you are using the software. Are you using the grid or ladder interface or is it connected to an Excel spreadsheet?

I suspect you may have purchased a spreadsheet from a third party which uses our software, but you have given no indication of this.
