You displayed the popup ladder window. It's a separate window, you close it like any other window by clicking "X" in the top right hand corner. Also the grid interface is still there and can still be clicked on.

You can display as many ladders as you want. In the title bar above the ladders you should see "RC:" and two boxes to the right. The first box sets the number of rows and the next box sets the number of columns. For example to display 4 ladders (2 rows and 2 columns) change both these values to 2.

Probably not the problem, but is the whole window visible? Have you tried dragging the window by the title bar to the left to see if it reveals any more of the window?

Sorry then I am out of ideas. There aren't any bugs affecting the popup ladder that I am aware of. A screenshot might give me a clue otherwise I cannot help.

Sorry, I have no idea what is happening on your pc, but I know that under normal circumstances this feature works. You don't have to use the popup, you can click the ladder interface button to bring up the normal ladder interface.

I have got your screenshot thank you.

The title bar for the ladder popup is off the top of the screen. Re-open the program and before opening the ladder select “Reset ladder popup position” from the options menu. Does this help?

Sports betting software from Gruss Software

The strength of Gruss Software is that it’s been designed by one of you, a frustrated sports punter, and then developed by listening to dozens of like-minded enthusiasts.

Gruss is owned and run by brothers Gary and Mark Russell. Gary discovered Betfair in 2004 and soon realised that using bespoke software to place bets was much more efficient than merely placing them through the website.

Gary built his own software and then enhanced its features after trialling it through other Betfair users and reacting to their improvement ideas, something that still happens today.

He started making a small monthly charge so he could work on it full-time and then recruited Mark to help develop the products and Gruss Software was born.

We think it’s the best of its kind and so do a lot of our customers. But you can never stand still in this game and we’ll continue to improve the software if any more great ideas emerge.
