Is it possible to use Excel and log all SP on all UK running horse for a day ?

If so, how ?

Possible but probably not worth the effort as you can just download the prices from http://www.betfairpromo.com/betfairsp/prices the next day. Or if you want them sooner just check the results at http://form.horseracing.betfair.com/ that also shows the bsp soon after the race.
