CANCEL-ALL needed from a thicko!

All I want to do is CANCEL-ALL bets and no matter how I try using search
on this forum I can not make it work without manually putting something in
the bet reference column - please tell me in simple terms how this can be
achieved automatically? Or maybe give me a ready made spreadsheet -
it's doing my head in! Thanks

Steps I have taken but it just refuses to work - what am I doing wrong please?

1) Opened BA and linked to new worksheet - saved...
2) Gone to this link and I believe followed instructions to the letter...

3) Made some bets then triggered CANCEL-ALL but the unmatched bets remain?
Tried saving as macro-enabled and also as normal - neither works for me?

Now - if I manually type something into the Bet ref column with
CANCEL-ALL in Q column the bets are cancelled - what have I done wrong?
